Two months after its Mi Band refresh, Xiaomi has today introduced yet another fitness tracker called Hey+ for the Chinese market. The new Xiaomi Hey+, which is developed by RYEEX Technology, comes with all the standard wearable features available on the Mi Band including an OLED screen and features NFC which will allow users to easily authenticate themselves at subways in China.

The Xiaomi Hey+ also has a larger OLED 0.95-inch color touchscreen with nearly double the resolution (240×120 pixels) that of the Mi Band 3. The display can show up to ten of your last phone calls as well as messages. The rest of the hardware, however, is quite similar to the Mi Band 3. There’s a 120mAh battery which can last about eighteen days on a single charge and a heart rate sensor through which you can even share your pulse rates with the app. Xiaomi says the tracker takes roughly two hours to juice up completely. The bracelet is made out of a material called thermoplastic elastomer and weighs about 19.7 grams.

The Xiaomi Hey+, as you’d expect, can also track a bunch of activities such as swimming, running, and is capable of monitoring your sleep too. Xiaomi has also added a caller ID feature which will let you reject calls right from the fitness band and an accelerometer for better sleep accuracy. It connects to an Android or iOS through Bluetooth v4.2 and syncs all the health data with the company’s free MiFit app.

Another key highlight of the Xiaomi Hey+ is that it can be plugged it into Xiaomi Home Automation system so that you can directly control the rest of your appliances straight from the band. It’s priced at CNY 229 (~Rs. 2,300) and will be available starting from next month’s 20th through the Xiaomi YouPin website in China.
