Anti-foaming agricultural silicone oil additive newly launched - Solves the problem of overflow and waste during drug mixing

1.The excessive formation of liquid foam has become a common problem in agricultural pest control.
During the process of farmers mixing and stirring the pesticides and foliar fertilizers, the mixture of pesticides and foliar fertilizers is prone to produce a large amount of foam. The overflow of the pesticide solution leads to the loss of pesticides, and the foam covers the liquid surface, making it difficult to precisely control the amount of the solution. A large amount of foam adhering to the leaves will hinder the penetration of the pesticide and is also likely to clog the filter screen of the aerial spraying machine, prolonging the operation time, increasing the labor and pesticide costs. The conventional silicone oil additives have strong wetting properties but insufficient foam suppression ability.

2. The dual balance modification technology for emulsification, which takes into account both spreading and strong foam suppression capabilities.
The new anti-foaming agricultural silicone oil additive adopts a dual-functional silicone oxide modification process. While ensuring the core functions of wetting, penetration and resistance to rain erosion of the pesticide solution, it also contains long-lasting anti-foaming components. Under high-speed stirring and continuous spraying conditions, the amount of foam generated is significantly reduced. There is no overflow in the mixing tank, and the foam quickly dissipates within half an hour of standing. It does not require the separate purchase and mixing with defoaming agents.

3. Field and greenhouse experiments show that reducing the use of pesticides can enhance work efficiency.
Field tests of rice and corn fields, as well as greenhouse plots for tomatoes and cucumbers, have shown that after using the foam-inhibiting silicone oil additive, the waste of the formulated pesticides has decreased by 27%, the frequency of filter blockage in unmanned aerial vehicles has dropped by 80%, and the daily working area per single equipment has significantly increased. With the reduction of foam, the pesticide solution deposits evenly on the leaves, and even during hot noon hours, the drug efficacy will not be lost due to foam evaporation. Various pesticides, fungicides, and water-soluble fertilizers can be stably compounded.

4. Simplify the agricultural materials procurement list to reduce the overall pest control costs for farmers.
This product integrates the functions of a spreading agent, a penetrating agent and a defoamer. Farmers no longer need to separately purchase multiple additives, reducing the expenses on agricultural supplies and storage space. The formula is low in irritation and easily degradable, and is in line with the green planting standards. In the future, it will be promoted as a basic universal additive to all planting areas across the country, effectively reducing the daily pest control operation burden of farmers.
