1.The working conditions of aerospace and deep-sea equipment are extremely harsh. Traditional lubrication and sealing materials are prone to failure.

Aircraft and deep-sea exploration equipment have long been subjected to multiple tests including extreme high and low temperatures, high vacuum, and strong corrosive media. Ordinary lubricating oil has a large loss of volatile components under vacuum conditions, and sealing materials quickly age when exposed to oxidants; deep-sea equipment is in constant contact with high-salt seawater, and conventional organic siloxanes are prone to swelling and leakage, resulting in a short equipment operation cycle and high failure risk. Special lubrication and protection materials are the key bottleneck for equipment upgrades. 

2. High-purity, low-volatile fluorosilicone oil suitable for vacuum space operation environment
The aerospace-specific modified fluorosilicone oil, with Si-O and C-F dual stable chemical bonds, has an annual volatile loss of less than 0.01% in a vacuum environment. It can be used for long-term lubrication of satellite sailboard hinges and spacecraft transmission mechanisms. After undergoing 200 cold and hot cycles ranging from -180℃ to 150℃, its performance remains unchanged. When used as a thermal control coating for aircraft, it can stably regulate the internal temperature of the equipment and significantly extend the in-orbit service life. 

3. Salt-resistant and High-pressure-resistant Modified Type - Filling the Gap in Deep-sea Exploration Materials
Developed for the high-salt and high-pressure environment in the deep sea, this heavy-duty anti-corrosion fluorosilicone oil forms a dense hydrophobic anti-salt fog film layer on the molecular surface, which can resist seawater, acid and alkali corrosion. It is applied to the sealing of underwater robots and the protective coating of deep-sea sensors. Under the pressure of a thousand meters deep in the sea, it does not leak or harden. Compared with traditional anti-corrosion materials, the equipment maintenance cycle is extended by three times, significantly reducing the cost of deep-sea exploration operations. 

4. Special fluorosilicone oil for high-end equipment accelerates the process of independent research and development
At present, China is continuously increasing its investment in the research and development of special fluorosilicone oil for extreme environments. It has developed a series of customized products such as aerospace lubrication, deep-sea anti-corrosion, and aircraft anti-icing protection.
