The power consumption of artificial intelligence computing servers and large data centers continues to rise. The cooling limits of air-cooling and water-cooling modes are low and their energy consumption is high, making them unable to accommodate the long-term and high-intensity operation of high-density chips. Immersion liquid cooling technology has rapidly gained popularity due to its efficient cooling, low noise, and low equipment wear. The operating temperature of the equipment is more stable, the lifespan of the servers is effectively extended, and it is suitable for the usage requirements of ultra-large-scale computing clusters.

According to the different operating conditions of computing rooms, customized liquid cooling-specific dimethyl silicone oil is developed by the industry, precisely regulating viscosity, thermal conductivity, and evaporation indicators. Low-viscosity silicone oil is suitable for rapid heat exchange scenarios, while medium and high-viscosity silicone oil is used in long-lasting sealed computing rooms. The low-ion purification process ensures that no impurities are released from the medium and pollute the precision components.
