Product Features and Applications:
1. IOTA 2544 can be applied in both dry and wet PU artificial leather production, as well as in wet PU processing. It significantly improves the flow performance and processing performance of the resin.
2. IOTA 2544 has excellent compatibility with PU resin, which can significantly accelerate the extraction of DMF, increase the washing speed and thickness retention rate, improve the uniformity of pores, and produce a leather film with a smooth, flat, thick surface, uniform and slender upright pores, and excellent skinability and smoothness. This also enables an increase in the quality of the finished leather.
3. IOTA 2544 can also be used as an oil-based leather coating. It provides excellent leveling properties, enhances gloss, excellent paint film fullness, prevents oil stains, prevents the formation of pinholes, and improves the feel and smoothness of the paint film.
Product Application:
Used for dry-process and wet-process PU artificial leather.
Application methods and addition amounts:
Dry-process PU resin:
0.15 - 0.3% of the total amount of polyurethane PU/DMF mixture.
Wet-process PU resin:
0.5 - 1.0% of 30% solid content wet-process PU resin.

Notes:
When the product is stored at a temperature lower than 0℃, it will become cloudy and eventually turn into a gel-like state. This is due to the product's structure. Before use, simply place it in a water bath and heat it to melting and transparency, and then it can be used.

This product has not been tested or claimed to be suitable for consumption, medical use, or pharmaceutical use.
Storage and Expiry Date:
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. It should be sealed and kept in a closed state at room temperature. The shelf life is 24 months. If the storage temperature is too high or the storage time is too long, discoloration, gelation, damage, and deterioration may occur.
