Product Description

It is an organosilicon prepolymer with dual amino functional groups, featuring high reactivity. It is mainly used for the synthesis and modification of resins such as PU, PI, and polyamide. It is a two-component PU varnish and leather surface treatment agent, which can endow resins or coatings with excellent hand feel, prevent adhesion, prevent dirt, and resist graffiti.

Application system and recommended dosage (percentage of total formula) :

Baking type PU varnish (gold)

Note: Due to the different resin systems applicable and the required functions, the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

Usage method

It can be added during or after the manufacturing process of coatings and paints. It is recommended to dilute it 3 to 5 times with an appropriate solvent before adding. High-speed dispersion is required to achieve the best system distribution and miscibility.

Usage restrictions

This product has not been tested or stated as suitable for consumption, medical use or medicinal purposes.

Storage and Validity period

This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. It can be kept sealed at room temperature and has a shelf life of 12 months. If the storage temperature is too high or the storage time is too long, discoloration, gelation, damage and deterioration may occur.
