Performance and Features
1. This product has a unique structure. It is not an ordinary amino silicone oil. It does not stick to the rollers or float the oil.
2. It has good permeability, enabling the silicone oil to penetrate into the interior of the fibers. It particularly has a good effect of permeation and fluffiness for thick medium fabrics.
3. It has good chemical stability and is resistant to shear. 

Application Scope
This product is suitable for the softening treatment of synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics such as polyester and acrylic. It offers a good hand feel on fabrics like flannel, Roman cloth, and pile fabric. 
Usage instructions
IOTA 2106 is a high-oil-content crude oil and needs to be emulsified and diluted before use.

Production steps:
1. Add 2106, 1007 and acetic acid to the emulsification tank. Start the stirring and allow the materials to fully mix for about 15 minutes.
2. During the stirring process, add deionized water in four steps, with an interval of 30 minutes each time.
3. After the materials are thoroughly mixed, filter the output.
(2106 is a high-content crude oil with high viscosity. It is best to use a high-shear emulsification equipment with a scraping wall when emulsifying to reduce viscosity.)
