Product functions: 1. Demolding, preventing adhesion; 2. High-temperature crosslinking, increasing gloss; 3. Reducing friction coefficient, enhancing smoothness and hand feel.
Product applications: 1. Alcohol-based leveling oil: 0.1-0.2%, demolding, enhancing gloss 2. Water-based leveling oil: 0.1-0.2%, demolding, enhancing gloss, wear resistance 3. Textile coating paste and glue paste: 0.5-3.0%, hand feel, anti-sticking 4. Epoxy varnish and epoxy thermosetting ink: 0.3-1.0% 5. Water-based varnish and ink: 0.3-1.0% 6. Epoxy UV paint and epoxy adhesive: 0.1-1.0% Usage method: It can be added during or after the manufacturing process of coatings and inks, and can be used in water-based or alcohol-based systems. It is recommended to dilute with alcohol-based solvents by 1-3 times before adding, and then perform high-speed dispersion to ensure complete and uniform dispersion.
Usage restrictions: This product has not been tested or stated to be suitable for food, medical or pharmaceutical use. Storage and shelf life: Store at temperatures below 38℃ and keep unopened.
