Product Description
Polyether-modified polysiloxane is widely used in UV paper and UV plastic varnish. It features excellent resin compatibility and leveling, as well as outstanding smoothness and wear resistance.

Product application
UV paper varnish 0.3-0.8% increases smoothness and wear resistance
UV plastic paint 0.2-0.5% increases slip and wear resistance
PU synthetic leather and coating 0.3-0.5% wear-resistant and peeling aid
Solvent-based printing ink 0.5-1.5% increases slip and wear resistance
Water-based wood paint 0.3-0.5% has a good hand feel and wear resistance
Water-based clear coat 0.5-1.0% smoothness and wear resistance
Water-based printing ink 0.1-1.0% anti-sticking and wear-resistant
Usage method
It can be added during or after the manufacturing process of coatings and paints, but it is necessary to ensure that it can be completely and evenly dispersed. For water-based systems, it must be diluted 1 to 3 times with alcohol ether solvents before use.
Notes
When the temperature of MY 287 is below 15℃, the product will become cloudy until it solidifies (caused by its own structure). It needs to be heated to dissolve before use. Repeated solidification and reheating will not affect the usage effect.
Storage and Validity period
Store unopened at temperatures below 38℃. The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
