Performance and Features
1. This product is a polyurethane-modified ternary block silicone oil, free of isopropanol, non-sticky on rollers, and does not cause oil floating;
2. The treated fabrics hardly undergo color changes or yellowing;
3. The treated fabrics have good sewing properties and dye heat migration performance;
4. Good chemical stability, resistant to shear, acid and alkali (pH = 3 - 10);
5. Forms a film at low temperatures. It has a good hand feel after drying at 100℃;
6. The product is fully self-emulsified and can be diluted with water at any ratio for use.
Scope of Application
This is suitable for the stretch and elasticity finishing of synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics such as polyester and acrylic. It offers a remarkable stretch and dry feeling on feather yarns, coral fleece, and polyester blankets.
Usage instructions:
Suggested ratio for mixing the ingredients: Silicone oil / Water = approximately 1/10.
Steps for cold-mixing the ingredients: First, add half the water, then turn on the mixer. While mixing, pour the silicone oil into the mixing tank. Let the mixer run for 10 minutes, then add the remaining measured amount of water and mix for about 10 minutes. This will result in a milky white emulsion. Stop the mixing, filter out the product.
1. Wringing process: Use 40-80g/L, set the temperature at 120-180℃, for 50 seconds.
2. Soaking process: Use 4-8% (o.w.f), at a temperature of 30-50℃, for 20-30 minutes, then dehydrate and dry at 100℃.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user based on the test samples as needed.
Storage and Packaging
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dark place;
2. This product is packaged in 125 kilograms per barrel, or can be packaged according to customer requirements.
