Product Features and Applications

1.MY 254 can be applied in the production of dry-process and wet-process PU artificial leather. When used in wet-process PU processing, it can significantly improve the flow performance and processing performance of the slurry.

2. MY 2544 has excellent compatibility with PU resin, which can significantly accelerate the extraction of DMF, increase the washing speed and thickness retention rate, improve the uniformity of cell structure, and obtain a smooth, flat, thick, uniform, slender and upright cell structure with excellent muscle formation of the leather film, thereby increasing the length of the finished leather.

3. MY 2544 can also be used as an oil-based leather coating. It can provide excellent leveling, enhance gloss, offer superior film fullness, prevent oil stains and craters, and improve the hand feel and smoothness of the film.

Product application

Applied to dry-process and wet-process PU artificial leather

Application method and dosage:

Dry-process PU resin

0.15 to 0.3% of the total volume of the polyurethane (PU) /DMF mixture.

Wet-process PU resin

Wet-process PU resin with a solid content of 30% is 0.5-1.0%

Notes

If the product is stored at a temperature below 0℃, it will become cloudy until it turns into a gel-like state. This is due to the product's structure. Before use, it only needs to be heated in a water bath until it melts and becomes transparent.

This product has not been tested or stated as suitable for consumption, medical use or medicinal purposes.

Storage and validity period:

This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place. It can be kept sealed at room temperature for 24 months. If the storage temperature is too high or the storage time is too long, discoloration, gelation, damage and deterioration may occur.
