Product Description

Ultra-high molecular weight silicone dispersion, with excellent wear resistance and super smooth hand feel. It can be used on the surface of synthetic leather and leather, high-viscosity inks and epoxy floor paints, as well as water-based topcoats.

Product features

Product application

1. Dry-process PU leather: 0.3-1.0%, highly wear-resistant;

2. PVC leather: 0.3-1.0%, wear-resistant;

3. Oil-based textile PU coating: 0.5-3.0%, smooth hand feel, wear-resistant;

4. Oil-based leather surface treatment agent: 0.3-0.8%, smooth, wear-resistant;

5. Oil-based epoxy floor paint: 0.3-0.6%, wear-resistant;

6. Oil-based printing ink: 0.1-1.0%, smooth, wear-resistant;

7. Water-based leather surface: 0.3-1.0%, highly wear-resistant;

8. Water-based resin system: 0.5-2.0%, wear-resistant, smooth hand feel;

9. Water-based varnish: 0.3-1.0%, smooth hand feel, wear-resistant;

10. Rubber and plastic products: 0.5-2.0%, demolding, smooth, wear-resistant.

Usage method

Before addition, solvent-based systems should be diluted 5 to 10 times with ester or benzene solvents first, and then stirred evenly. Water-based systems can be directly added or diluted with water before being added.

Usage restrictions

This product has not been tested or stated as suitable for consumption, medical use or medicinal purposes.

Storage and Validity period

Store unopened at temperatures below 38℃. The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
