Product Description

2062F2 is an organosilicon monomer polymer containing NCO functional groups. The NCO groups not only enhance the compatibility of organosilicon in polar systems but also facilitate reactions with active groups such as hydroxyl and amino groups. It has a high NCO content, and it has good moisture curing film-forming property and fluidity. Moreover, its molecules tend to migrate to the polymer surface before curing, highlighting the characteristics of smoothness, softness, non-stickiness and anti-fouling. The NCO group can prevent the aggregation and precipitation of silicone oil after reaction, and has good color development.

Product features

1. Double NCO capping facilitates grafting or polymerization modification;

2. It can be cured with moisture to form a film, featuring high permeability and high gloss.

3. 75% silicon content, soft and smooth adhesive film;

4. After curing, it does not stick back, and the surface feels smooth but not greasy.

5. The prepolymer has a low viscosity, which is convenient for construction.

6. It has good compatibility with other polyurethane monomers or prepolymers.

Usage method

1. Dilutability: It can be directly diluted with solvents such as toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, DMF, and DMAC.

In solvent-based polyurethane resins, it is used as a grafting or polymerization component

Or the use of additives.

3. It can be added to the isocyanate curing agent system for silicon-to-curing modification

This product has not been tested or stated as suitable for medical, medicinal or edible use.

 

Storage and validity period:

The product should be stored unopened at room temperature. Its shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
